The Magic of Small Moments

I was reading an article the other day about glimmers , and the concept immediately resonated with me, both personally and professionally as a life coach. A glimmer is a small, positive moment of joy, safety, or connection in everyday life. It is often so subtle that it often goes unnoticed. Coined by psychotherapist Deb Dana, glimmers are considered the opposite of triggers. They are micro-moments of goodness that help regulate our nervous system and bring us back to a se
